Shopping online with us is a lot like shopping at our retail store; you browse our shelves for the gifts you'd like, put them in a shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area.  The only difference is, we're open 24 hours a day - seven days a week, ...and you don't have to put on shoes and leave the comfort of your home to shop!

Step 1. Make Your Gift Selections


The first thing to do is browse our shop for the items you'd like.  As you do you'll see 'BUY' tags like the one shown here.   Once you’ve found the first product you'd like, simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the BUY tag.

Currency Converter ImageWe are a British firm and our prices are shown in Great British Pounds.  As a convenience to our overseas customers we've added an exchange rate tool to help calculate the order value in other currencies.  This is updated every few days and gives an accurate estimate of the value of the pound against other currencies.  Don't forget that if you are paying by credit card your credit card company will add an amount for currency conversion.  Typically this is in the region of 2% of the value of the order but you should check with them first if you are unsure.

Our Shopping Basket Just like in a retail store, the shopping basket is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them.   You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon on your shopping page shown here.   And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your basket and put them back on the shelves.  If you remove items from your basket you must hit the 'Update Basket' button to recalculate the total amounts.

Once you've decided upon your selection and checked your basket, you proceed to the Ordering Stage by clicking "Buy Goods".  This action takes you to our secure server where we need some extra details to complete the order.  You enter your personal information, your name and address so we know where to send the goods.  Once you add a destination country the cost of shipping will automatically be added to your order.  Now you can see how much the goods will cost you.

At this point you must decide upon the payment method.  You can pay online by entering your credit card information and pressing the 'Order Now!' button.  You can print out the form and fax it to us, or you can submit the form without credit card details and call us later with this information.

We appreciate that ordering online the first time can be a little confusing but remember we offer a 30 day money back guarantee so if your purchase does not meet your needs you can return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges).  If you have any problems or are unsure of any aspects of the ordering process please contact us and we'll help you.

If you submit your order by e-mail, you'll get an immediate acknowledgement in your electronic mailbox to let you know that we've received the order.  If you choose fax or mail we'll either fax back, send an acknowledgment in the mail, telephone you or send an e-mail.  Within 24 hours you'll get an acknowledgement from our sales office that will confirm the order details, notify you of the shipping method and give you a unique order confirmation number.

If the goods are in stock we aim to despatch within 48 hours of receipt of an order.  Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery, taking into account delivery time.  As soon as your purchases are despatched we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail so that you know the goods are on their way.
